Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

✅ Before Shipping:

You can cancel your order before it is shipped for a full refund.

  • Contact us at amegweb@gmail.com or call +91 95997 74770 with your Order ID.

  • If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it immediately and refund the full amount to your original payment method.

❌ After Shipping:

Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you can initiate a return after receiving the product (refer to the Return Policy below).


2. 30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return the product if:

  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • All tags, accessories, and manuals are intact

  • The return request is made within 30 days of receiving the item

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

  • Personal care items (e.g., grooming kits, health products)

  • Perishable products

  • Digital downloads or e-goods

  • Customized or personalized products (unless defective)


3. Return Process

  1. Initiate the Return:
    Email us at amegweb@gmail.com with your Order ID, product name, and reason for the return.

  2. Approval and Return Instructions:
    Once your return is approved, we will arrange free return shipping (no cost to you) or provide specific return instructions.

  3. Product Inspection and Refund:
    Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected for eligibility. Upon approval, your refund will be processed.


4. Refund Timeline

Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after the return has been approved.

  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method

  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.

5. Shipping Costs

  • No shipping fees will be charged to the customer for returns.

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will cover all associated shipping costs.

  • For other returns, free return shipping is provided to you.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If the product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
